I'm the planner behind Q the Occasion Co, and I genuinely believe planning life's biggest moments should feel exciting...not overwhelming.

Whether you're planning a wedding, celebrating a milestone or getting everyone together for a weekend away, my goal is simple: to make the process easier, more organized, and a lot more enjoyable.

 

Because at the end of the day, you shouldn't remember the stress of planning. You should remember the celebration.

HOW I GOT HERE

 

I've spent nearly a decade doing what I love.

​

As a venue coordinator and wedding planner, I've helped more than 80 couples navigate one of the biggest days of their lives and have been part of thousands of events...from intimate bridal showers to large celebrations.

​

Along the way, I've learned that every event is different, but people all want the same thing: someone they can trust to keep everything on track.

​

That's exactly the role I love filling.

​

MY APPROACH

 

I don't believe every event needs to be extravagant.

​

I believe it needs to feel like you.

​

That means listening before planning, giving honest advice (even if it means talking you out of an idea) and making sure every decision supports the kind of celebration you actually want...not just what social media says you should have.

​

Behind the scenes, I'm thinking about timelines, logistics, backup plans and all the details you shouldn't have to worry about.

​

So when the day finally arrives, you can be fully present for it.

​

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

 

I graduated from Penn State in 2017 with a degree in Recreation, Park & Tourism Management, specializing in Event Planning, so this career has been part of my path from the very beginning.

​

I'm a lifelong Central Pennsylvania resident and still call it home with my wife and our three dogs.

​

When I'm not planning events, you'll probably find me traveling somewhere new, scuba diving or spending time with family. Those experiences remind me why celebrations matter in the first place... they're about the memories we create with the people we love.

WHY I STARTED Q THE OCCASION CO

 

After years of planning events behind the scenes, I wanted to build something that reflected the way I believe planning should feel.

​

Not intimidating.

​

Not overly complicated.

​

And definitely not one-size-fits-all.

​

I wanted to create a business where people feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas and trusting someone to guide them through the process without the pressure or fluff.

​
